Champagne Mojito – How To Mix

To make Champagne Mojito, first take few mint leaves on the palm of your hand and clap to bruise them.

This will ensure that when you muddle them, it will release mint extract quite easily into the cocktail.

Now, put these mint leaves into the cocktail glass and press gently using a muddler, creating more cracks and bruises.

Mint has a strong aroma and as you take sip of cocktail, the fresh mint aroma makes the cocktail more likable.

Squeeze lime to get some fresh lime juice. Add, Bacardi Carta Blanca (White Rum), Lime Juice and Sugar Syrup and fill half glass with crushed ice.

To crush ice you can use a blender/grinder or simply take ice in a cloth, wrap it up and either hit it with a rolling pin or hit the cloth over a hard surface 2 – 3 times. That should be enough to give you crushed ice.

Finally, pour over some Champagne and stir it well. Top up more ice if required.

Your Champagne Mojito is ready to be served.

  • While preparing the cocktail either you can take fresh lime juice or once you dice it into 4 parts, you can put these in the glass along with mint leaves and crush it with muddler.   • 50 ml Bacardi Carta Blanca
  • 100 ml Champagne
  • 25 ml Fresh Lime
  • 12.5 ml Sugar Syrup
  • 8 Fresh Mint Leaves
  • Cubed Ice
  • Crushed Ice
  • Fresh mint to Garnish
